FOIA Fees
The following fee schedule is hereby adopted for FOIA requests:
- Search and Retrieval: Variable per hour (calculated based on the hourly rate of the lowest-paid employee capable of performing the task).
- Redaction: Variable per hour (calculated based on the hourly rate of the employee or contractor performing the redaction).
- Copies: Per page for standard letter or legal-sized copies, not to exceed the prevailing commercial rate.
- Electronic Records: Actual cost of the media (e.g., USB drive, CD, etc.) used to provide the records.
- Postage: Actual cost of mailing the records, if applicable.
